ISPCON 2005 has concluded, and the web hosting community was well served by this show that encompassed a variety of Internet services and companies. One of the final sessions applicable to web hosting was an excellent presentation by Mr. Lou Honick, CEO of HostMySite.com entitled, High Quality Customer Service for Web Hosts and ISPs. Mr. Honick revealed several important aspects of great customer service, including the fact that management must be fully committed and demonstrate excellent service in order for the message to penetrate downward into the fabric of a company.
